GFC#01: Project Manager
Civil Engineer / Project Manager with 15+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects. Proven expertise in project planning, construction management, stakeholder coordination, budget control, quality assurance, risk management, and successful project delivery. Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects within schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of building/infrastructure projects across multiple locations.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including architects, engineers, and specialist consultants.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and contractual compliance.
- Conduct site inspections, project reviews, and performance assessments.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Control project costs, evaluate variations, and manage financial performance.
- Prepare management reports, presentations, and project status updates.
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, schedules, and compliance records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in infrastructure and building projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in handling large projects above 100 Crores.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- PMP preferred
